Try this easy-to-make Quesadilla Pizza recipe that doesn’t require a box, a pre-packaged crust. This is a tasty pizza recipe with a Mexican twist where you use store brought flour tortillas to tackle pizza night.

Ingredients
- These Cheesy Pizzadillas recipe require only 3 main ingredients and you can make so many different variations with optional toppings of your choice. Plus it is low cost since all the ingredients are inexpensive and easy to find in regular grocery store.
- Tortilla: You can use store-bought soft tortilla or soft tacos. Soft Corn tortilla should be used for making this recipe gluten-free . Even wraps or rotis can also be used. Use whole wheat tortillas to make this meal more wholesome.
- Butter: Use plain or salted butter. Use it at room temperature. If you are using it straight from the refrigerator, melt it for 30 seconds so it is spreadable. You can also use cooking spray.
- Cheese: You can use your favorite type of shredded cheese or whatever is available at home. I used Colby Jack cheese. Mozzarella cheese, cheddar or pepper jack cheese work best.
- Additional Toppings/seasonings: Salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, dried or fresh herbs like oregano, parsley, basil, or cilantro and Italian seasoning.
- Substitutions : You can also use pepperoni, Italian Sausage, bacon, chicken or ham are great meat toppings. For vegetarian options mushrooms, onions, olives or other favorite pizza toppings. Tomato sauce or pizza sauce also works well.

How to Make Pizzadillas?
- Spread the butter with a butter knife on first tortilla. Add shredded cheese on buttered tortilla. Add seasonings like salt, peppers, and chili flakes etc.
- Put another tortilla on top and repeat above steps. Similarly add another tortilla on top and repeat above steps.
- Arrange these layered tortillas in on the air fryer basket. Sprinkle chili flakes and other seasonings as per your liking.
- Air fry at 350 ° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Check for doneness. Add extra minute if needed till Pizza-dilla is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove promptly from the air fryer. Cut into triangles or in your desired shape with pizza cutter. Serve and Enjoy.
