    Peach mango salsa recipe is sure to be a hit at your next gathering or snack time indulgence. This 4-ingredient, 10-minute recipe features sweet and tangy mangoes, juicy ripe peaches, fresh herbs, and a tiny bites of jalapeno to make colorful, vibrant and oh so tasty dish.

    This salsa style fruit salad goes perfect with chips. Similar to Caprese salad with peaches , Easy Bruschetta and mango mocktail, this is my favorite seasonal summer recipe.

    Mango salsa with peaches works beautifully as a topping on tacos, burritos or even sandwiches. And don't forget burgers and grilled items. It is sweet and savory delight.

    With its vibrant colors, bold flavors, and healthful ingredients, this homemade salsa is a true crowd-pleaser that will leave everyone asking for more. I typically serve it with tortilla chips but you can use it as a side dish for tacos, grilled meats too.

    And I love how versatile this peach salsa is. You can just eat a bowlful too. I actually do many times.

    Bright red mangoes and juicy peaches with fresh herbs make delicious Mango Peach Salsa that is savory and sweet.

    What are the ingredients of Mango Peach Salsa?

    The ingredients include fresh fruit and spices - red ripe fresh mango. ripe yellow fresh peaches, small red onion, mint and fresh cilantro leaves, jalapeno peppers and fresh lime juice and a dusting of pink rock salt. You can also add tomato, garlic, yellow pepper, red bell pepper and lime zest for additional flavors.

    💡For the perfect bite, choose fresh ingredients. Mangoes and peaches that smell fragrant and feel firm. They should have a slight give to them when you gently squeeze them. This helps get a nice bite on the pieces instead of soft and mushy.

    This mango peach salsa recipe tastes great when it's freshly made. It takes only 10 minutes to make it. Use it as an appetizer dip or side dish.

    💡💡If you want to make ahead and use it later, be sure to wrap the bowl completely with food wrap so it won't turn brown and soggy. Chopped mint leaves wilt and turn brown fast. So I prefer to add the mint just before serving the salsa.

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 mangoes diced
    • 4 ripe peaches diced
    • 1 small onion fine cut
    • 1 jalapeno minced remove seeds before mincing to reduce the heat level
    • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
    • 5-10 mint leaves finely chopped
    • the juice of one lime or more to taste
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy right away. Refrigerate unused salsa covered tightly by food wrap.

      Hi, I brought this into work for a snack, nurses like simple treats (eat and run), and everyone loved it. The flavors melded together and was very refreshing. I didn't have any mint so I used ginger instead, it gave it a little kick.
