Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes diced
  • 4 medium ripe peaches diced
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1 jalapeno minced - remove seeds before mincing to reduce the heat level
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 5 mint leaves finely chopped
  • the juice of one lime or more to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

    Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Enjoy right away. Refrigerate unused salsa covered tightly by food wrap.

  1. Hi, I brought this into work for a snack, nurses like simple treats (eat and run), and everyone loved it. The flavors melded together and was very refreshing. I didn’t have any mint so I used ginger instead, it gave it a little kick.
