Ingredients

Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 big carrots peeled and grated
- 1 large celery stalk diced small
- ½ white onion grated
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Set aside.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add grated carrots, celery and white onion. Mix well.

If you want to Boil Macaroni in Instant Pot
- Add 2 cups of water, salt, and the macaroni to the Instant Pot’s inner steel pot. Stir gently and place the lid on with the vent knob turned to the sealing position.
- Select “pressure cook” on high for 3 minutes. When the cooking cycle is complete, wait for 3 minutes and then release the pressure manually.
- Pour the cooked pasta into a colander and rinse it under cold water
