All you need is basic 5 ingredients to make this ultra delicious vegan cauliflower recipe. And it is easy to change the seasoning to your preference and liking. So let's make it
Cauliflower - I use store brought pre cut cauliflower florets to save time and efforts. But you can also use 1 cauliflower head, cut the base green leaves and tough root portion. Then cut it into medium bite size pieces. You can use portion of the stems too.
Seasoning : I am using curry powder and smoked paprika along with salt and pepper for seasoning. This brings out ultimate flavor to earthy mild cauliflower. Little lemon juice adds wonderful zest to the crispy cauli bites. Fresh parsley or other herbs add touch of freshness.
Optional for Extra Crispiness (Pro Tip)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or chickpea flour : adding starch creates a light crust and improves texture of healthy air fryer vegetables.
