- Granola : My favorite homemade granola with oats, nuts, seeds and touch of maple syrup. Feel free to use your favorite store brought granola or trail mix.
- Maple Syrup : You can use other sweeteners too . Honey, agave nectar or liquid stevia are great options.
- Berries : I love fresh cut berries especially blueberries and strawberries. Other fruits like kiwi, peach or mango also work.
Other types of cheese like feta, ricotta, or cream cheese can be substituted for cottage cheese. For a twist, you can add in a layer of chia jam or your favorite jam. Have fun experimenting with different flavors!
How to Make
- Start by mixing the cottage cheese with maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Layer the fresh fruit on the bottom of the jar. Then spoon the cottage cheese mix and layer it over. Add another layer of fresh fruit on the top.
