If you make a big batch of the mix minus the milk in an air tight container how much of the dry mix do you add to the cup of milk?

Add 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of milk.

I haven't tried this milk but after reading this article I will be making it. I have used tumeric since I first read about it's healing properties almost 10 years ago. I take a teaspoon of Tumeric Paste everyday. It does help with inflammation. I had a sore pop up on the inside of my cheek. I put Olive Oil on a cotton swab, rolled it in Tumeric Powder then applied the mixture to the sore. The next morning, it was completely gone.

You neglected to mention how much milk to use in the recipes. I take a mix of turmeric, honey, black pepper and acv in warm water with a neem capsule, every morning. I am not a milk drinker, but plan to try with almond milk. I love the aromatic turmeric powder!
