How to Make

- In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, flax seed powder and half of the cut strawberries. Stir until well combined. Seal the jar or container tightly and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- The next morning, give your oats a good stir to mix everything together. If you notice that mixture is too thick to stir, stir in additional cold milk.
- Top it off with extra sliced strawberries. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of honey for an extra touch of sweetness.
