In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat the milk over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling. Remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until well combined. You can also use a blender to make the smoother texture.
Slowly add the warm milk to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring continuously to avoid curdling the eggs. Add the vanilla extract and continue to mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Pour the mixture into silicon molds or ramekins that fit into your air fryer. Arrange them into air fryer basket. Sprinkle some sugar over the top. Air fry at 350 F for 40-50 minutes until the leche asada is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once done, let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving. Garnish as desired and enjoy !

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until the leche asada is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
