Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces of bread I used whole grain white
  • 1 medium firm ripe Banana cut into round slices
  • 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter creamy
  • 2 Tablespoon Fruit jam/ jelly or preserve
  • 1 teaspoon butter melted use plant based for vegan option

Instructions

Prepare the Sandwich

  • Spread the peanut butter onto two bread slices. Spread the fruit jelly onto the rest of the two bread slices. Spread the cut up banana slices on top of the bread with peanut butter. Put the bread with jelly spread on the top and press down so it sticks to the bottom bread. Spread some butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.

  • Air fry at 350 °Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Check for doneness. Add extra 2 minutes if needed. Outer sides of the bread should be golden brown toast.

  • Warm up the griddle on medium high heat. Place the sandwich on the griddle. Toast on both sides until golden brown.

  • Remove promptly. Cut diagonally to make triangular sandwiches. Serve immediately and enjoy !
