In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined. Slowly add the warm milk to the egg and sugar mixture, stirring continuously to avoid curdling the eggs. How to make Leche Asada in Air Fryer
Pour the mixture into silicon molds or ramekins that fit into your air fryer. Arrange them into air fryer basket. Sprinkle some sugar over the top. Air fry at 350 F for 40-50 minutes until the leche asada is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. How to Make leche asada in the oven
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C. Pour the prepared mixture into a baking dish. Place the baking dish in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until the leche asada is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once done, let it cool, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
