- 2 Tablespoons almond milk or water - if needed for kneading
- ¼ cup Protein Powder for added protein boost
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. You might want to use your hand and knead it like a dough for couple minutes.
Scoop it out using about 1½ tablespoons each and make round balls. You can also use a small cookie scoop. Arrange the balls on parchment lined baking sheet.Note - If you notice the dough is too crumbly and not forming well, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk or water while kneading. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Take it out. Grab a dough bite and devour !
