  • Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • Add white chocolate chips and condensed milk to a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until smooth and melted.
  • Stir in crushed saffron and ground cardamom. Fold in the chopped nuts. (also add rose water if using)
  • Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with extra nuts or saffron, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm. Remove from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into small squares. Garnish with topping and enjoy!

  • Use the Sauté setting to gently warm the condensed milk. Add the white chocolate chips and stir continuously until smooth and creamy.Turn off the Instant Pot and mix in the saffron, cardamom, and chopped nuts.Transfer to a parchment-lined pan, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
