- 2 flatbreads store bought. Naan or artisan flatbread, about 6–8 inches each
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, well drained
- 1-2 fresh jalapeño thinly sliced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved , optional
- 1 small thinly sliced onion optional
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil divided for brushing the flatbread and drizzle on top
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or seasoning of your choice
Optional Garnishes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
Place the flatbread on the baking tray. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface. Leave a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella generously over the sauce. Top evenly with pineapple pieces. Arrange sliced jalapeños across the pizza. add halved cherry tomatoes and sliced onions. Sprinkle pizza seasoning (or any other seasoning of your choice) over it. Drizzle some olive oil on top.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread becomes crispy. Remove from the oven. (For extra browning, broil for 1–2 minutes while watching carefully.)
Finish with fresh basil ribbons, Parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy !
