Ingredients

  • 2 cup cranberry juice
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cup chilled ginger ale
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Add the cranberry juice, orange juice, and fresh lemon juice to a pitcher. Stir until combined.
  • Pour in the chilled ginger ale and gently stir to preserve the fizz.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over the ice.
  • Garnish with orange slices, cranberries, or a sprig of rosemary.
  • Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

For a sweeter drink: Use cranberry juice cocktail instead of unsweetened cranberry juice. Or add 1 cup of simple syrup.
For a tangier drink: Use 100% cranberry juice and adjust the lemon juice to taste.
Make ahead: Mix the three juices and refrigerate. Add ginger ale just before serving.
For a party: Multiply the ingredients to make a pitcher, keeping the ginger ale chilled until serving.
