Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet ( 12-15 count ) phyllo pastry cups usually available in the frozen section of the grocery store
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces about 120g
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce you can use store-bought or homemade
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs optional, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Phyllo Cups:

  • Lay out the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. You don't need to grease the cups.

Add Brie Cheese:

  • Place a small piece of brie cheese into the bottom of each phyllo cup.

Add Cranberry Sauce:

  • Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce on top of the brie in each cup.

How to Bake Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups in the oven

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the phyllo pastry cup package. It's usually around 350°F (175°C).Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the phyllo pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.

How to Air Fry Cranberry Brie Phyllo Cups

  • Arrange the phyllo cups in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Choose 350°F (175°C) and air fry for 10 minutes until brie cheese is melted and phyllo pastry cups are golden brown.

Garnish (Optional):

  • If you like, sprinkle a few fresh rosemary other herbs on top for a pop of color and extra flavor.

Serve:

  • Allow the cups to cool slightly before serving. They can be served warm or at room temperature. Enjoy !
