This Roasted Masala Potato recipe is fast becoming a super favorite side dish in my family. Dinner time, snack time – any time is good time to dig into these delicious baby potatoes.

Roasted Masala Potatoes

You can bake them in the oven or cook them on stove top. Or you can even make them in Instant Pot. They are a perfect vegetable side dish. This recipe also is Vegan, Gluten free, and soy free.


Small potatoes, about 10 potatoes Garam masala or curry powder Red chili powder Dried mint leaves 1Kosher or pink salt Olive oil Water (Only if using Instant Pot Method)


Instant Pot Directions: 1. Wash and clean the potatoes and pat dry well. Using a fork, pierce the middle of each potato few times. 2. In a small bowl, combine all seasoning together.
