- 1 Medium Banana - cut into round slices
- 4 Pieces of bread - I used whole grain variety
- 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Fruit jam/ jelly or preserve
- 1 teaspoon butter melted - use plant based for vegan option
Prepare the Sandwich
Spread the peanut butter onto two bread slices.
Spread the fruit jelly onto the rest of the two bread slices.
Spread the cut up banana slices on top of the bread with peanut butter.
Put the bread with jelly spread on the top and press down so it sticks to the bottom bread.
Spread some butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
