Edible Cookie Dough with Almond Flour

6-ingredient edible cookie dough with almond flour is rich, sweet and totally safe to eat. Made with almond flour and chocolate chips, it is paleo, grain-free, vegan and gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut palm sugar or other sweetner
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon sea salt adjust per taste
  • 2 Tablespoons almond milk or water - optional / if needed

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. You might want to use your hand and knead it like a dough for couple minutes.
  • Scoop it out using about 1.5 tablespoons each and make round balls. You can also use a small cookie scoop. Arrange the balls on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Take it out. Grab a dough bite and devour !
  • Note - If you notice the dough is too crumbly and not forming well, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk or water while kneading.
