- 1 pound white button mushrooms -about 16 count stems removed
For Stuffing
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup panko style bread crumbs - I used gluten free variety
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese or Nutritional Yeast
- Salt and pepper taste
Optional Garnishes
- Fresh herbs like basil or parsley, red pepper flakes

How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms in Air Fryer
Spray the stuffed mushrooms with oil spray. Arrange them on air fryer basket in a single layer. Choose Air Fry / Bake option at 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes. Check after it is done frying. Use another 5 minutes if needed. The mushrooms should be browned and cheese on top should be golden crispy.
Remove the tray from the air fryer. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh garnishes . Bon Appetite!!
How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms in Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Arrange prepared stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray. Sprinkle cheese on top of each mushroom. Drizzle the oil. Pop the tray in the oven on the middle rack. Let them bake for about 15 minutes. The cheese should be golden brown on top.
Remove the tray from the oven. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh garnishes . Bon Appetite!!

Simple replace grated parmesan cheese with nutitional yeast or plant based cheese.
