Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale stems removed
  • 1 medium green apple core and seeds removed
  • 1 kiwi outer peel removed
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 inch ginger root- wash and scrape the outer layer

Instructions

  • Blend the kale and 2 cups of water in a blender until smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
  • Transfer it to individual serving glasses. Consume immediately.
