- 2 cups kale stems removed
- 1 medium green apple core and seeds removed
- 1 kiwi outer peel removed
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 inch ginger root- wash and scrape the outer layer
Blend the kale and 2 cups of water in a blender until smooth.
