Notes

Mix 1 teaspoon turmeric powder,  1 tablespoon raw sugar, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper and ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon,  ginger or nutmeg. Using this proportion,  make a big batch and store in an airtight container. It is perfect for gifting too.
Is Turmeric Latte Caffeine free?
Yes ! Even though it is called latte, there isn’t any coffee or caffeine in this drink. So you can drink this turmeric latte through the day and into the night.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  • For cozy mornings, green cardamom infused turmeric latte is my favorite. Truly a glowing drink, it brightens up any day !
  • A good book and a cup of warm spiced turmeric milk makes a blissful relaxing afternoon or evening.
  • If you are making this as a Moon Milk, for a night drink, I highly recommend adding a dash of nutmeg and ashwagandha. Besides the earthy flavors, it aids in sound sleep.
