- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider vinegar I recommend using raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice freshly pressed from about ½of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or liquid stevia
- 1 cup (8 oz.) water either room temperature water or warm water
Optional Garnishes
- Spring of mint and lemon wedges
- Use a straw to drink this lemonade to avoid the acidity eroding your tooth enamel.
- The drink is the most potent right after making it, so do not store it.
- I prefer to drink it on empty stomach to balance the blood sugar levels and overall well being.
- Since ACV and lemon juice are both very acidic, use a glass jar to make it.
- ACV is a vinegar with very high acidity. Do NOT consume it more than 1-2 Tablespoons per day. Also do not drink it on it’s own. You MUST mix in with a large glass of water before drinking.
