Ingredients

  • 3 tortillas I used flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheese mozzarella, Colby jack, parmesan or pepper jack preferred
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter melted or spreadable
  • 1 Tablespoon seasonings + herbs of choice
  • Salt per taste

Optional Toppings

  • teaspoon red pepper flakes black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh herbs basil or parsley

Instructions

  • Spread the butter with a butter knife on first tortilla. Add shredded cheese on buttered tortilla. Add seasonings like salt, peppers, and chili flakes etc.
  • Put another tortilla on top and repeat above steps.
  • Similarly add another tortilla on top and repeat above steps.

How to make Air Fryer Pizza Quesadillas

  • Arrange these layered tortillas in on the air fryer basket.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes and other seasonings as per your liking.
  • Air fry at 350 ° Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Check for doneness. Add extra minute if needed till Pizza-dilla is crispy and cheese is melted.
  • Remove promptly from the air fryer. Cut into triangles or in your desired shape with pizza cutter. Serve and enjoy!

How to make Pizzadilla in oven

  • In a preheated oven bake at 350 °Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. Check for doneness. Add extra few minute if needed till cheese is melted. Remove promptly. Serve and enjoy !

  • Warm up the griddle, grill pan, skillet or an omelet pan on medium high heat. Place the layered tortillas on the it. Toast till tortilla layers are crispy and cheese is gooey. Remove promptly. Serve and enjoy !

Notes

Pizza-dilla is best when eaten freshly made. Serve it warm so melted cheese is stretchy and yummy. If you must store this, wrap it in aluminum foil and store up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
