Air Fryer Pineapple

Air Fryer Pineapple is a marvelous recipe full of sweet, smoky,  juicy and tangy flavors. It is a wonderful side dish, fruity dessert or tasty toppings made in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cut, cored, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoning of your choice I used Chili Lime Seasoning

How to Air Fry Pineapple

  • Peel and slice your pineapple into your desired shape.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter ( oil ) and seasoning.  Brush onto the pineapple.
  • Place them in a single layer in your fryer basket and air fry at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until caramelized.
  • Flip the pineapple once at the halfway point. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy ! 

How to Grill Pineapple

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. In a small bowl, mix the butter ( oil ) and seasoning.  Brush onto the pineapple. Grill the pineapple 3 to 4 minutes per side.  Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

No Air fryer ? You can also grill the pineapple.
