And I love how versatile this peach salsa is. You can just eat a bowlful too..I actually do many times..

What are the ingredients of Mango Peach Salsa?

The ingredients include red ripe mangoes, ripe yellow peaches, small onion, mint and cilantro leaves, jalapeno and lime juice!! A dusting of pink rock salt on top and voila!!

For the perfect bite, choose ripe mangoes and peaches. Mangoes and peaches that smell fragrant and feel firm. They should have a slight give to them when you gently squeeze them. This helps get a nice bite on the pieces instead of soft and mushy.

A simple yet unusual summer fruit salsa that’s sure to be a great hit at any get together s or just at home for a snack or side dish. Let’s make this easy yet delicious mango peach salsa.

This salsa tastes great when it’s freshly made. It takes only 10 minutes to make it. If you want to make ahead and use it later, be sure to wrap the bowl completely with food wrap so it won’t turn brown and soggy.

Also I like add the mint at the very last. Cut mint can turn brown over time.

What other fruits can be used to make fruit salsa?

You can use any other fruits of your choice to make this recipe. Pineapple is great addition so does strawberries. Few cherries on top will add charming colors too.

Make sure to use freshest fruits possible. Also use fruits that hold their shape well.

Hi, I brought this into work for a snack, nurses like simple treats (eat and run), and everyone loved it. The flavors melded together and was very refreshing. I didn’t have any mint so I used ginger instead, it gave it a little kick.
